Ok don't normally do selfies but just could not resist this. I've been in Sydney for a couple of weeks now. And only this morning did I discover this amazing yoga studio @jivamuktiyogasydney where they blended mantra and philosophy throughout the class. Yummy! AND I've been searching for a cafe which has dandy's and discovered this place this morning in newtown- just around the corner from where I am doing healing sessions from! @sadhanacafe perfect name. So grateful this morning. And massive gratitude to @lululemon for supporting a new yogi in the city like me by giving me this free yoga outfit. Looking forward to offering a workshop on their community day next time I'm here in the big smoke. Heart is leaping with joy as I am appreciating offering my work in a different environment this month.
