Learn about the Music of the Plants, combined with a deep restorative Yoga and Meditation practice in Sunshine Coast.
Seriya will then introduce the powerful tool of working with your Chakra’s and guide you on a journey of learning your own chakra system.
She finishes the day with a nourishing sound healing, weaving the crystal bowls, mantra, harmonium, tamboura and voice.  
This will be a beautiful day to reconnect you back to your essence again and inspire you within your own practice.
