Option One example Grief Healing
Day 1:
Arrive Saturday 27th morning 9am start
9.30-12.30 First healing session-includes massage/healing/consultation/counselling/energy balance/reading.. I also recommend the mineral therapy which is vibrational medicine you take orally after the treatment which would assist/support you in integrating the death and healing session...(www.akshayahealing.com/massage)
1-1.45-Lunch- Healthy, nourishing, yummy vegetarian meal. This option works for clients when they do not feel like cooking on their time away.
2-3.30-Beach walk meditation/reflection to headland. Powerful way to become present in the moment and have time alone to reflect on what may be arising within you. I would be there guiding and supporting this meditation. Good preparation for next session...
3.30-4.30-Time for you to relax, shower, read...self reflection break.
4.30-6.30- Meditation/grief therapy/gestalt therapy technique where we work with what emotions are there and give you space to express those verbally, and share energetic space with the spirit who has passed on or left your life.
7-7.45-Dinner. Nourishing vegetarian meal.
8-9pm-Sound Healing with the Crystal Bowls. A powerful modality which allows you to delve into a theta space of brainwave movement. In this space, you can fully receive integration, healing and messages. The healing time provides deep relaxation to help guide you into a deeper sleep.
Saturday night- Private accomodation. I run retreats at this space, the woman who rents it out keeps it a really high vibrational/healing space, just being there brings tranquility and relaxation. You can see pictures on the http://www.nourishyoursoulretreats.com/retreats.html website.
Day 2:
7.30-8am- Light breakfast
8.30-11.30- healing session #2 or yoga/meditation class.
12 noon departure.
Option 2
Day 1 only, non residential retreat.
Option 3
Pick and choose what feels right for you from option one or other things you might be interested in and I will accommodate accordingly.
Total costs:
Accommodation- Total-$200. This includes a private room, Queen sized bed, private bathroom and balcony. The woman rents this space for $150 per night, and the space would also be an extra $50 to have a 5 hour earlier arrival time.
Healing Sessions Breakdown-
Massage/healing treatment-This is $200 per 3 hour session and then $20 per 15 minutes overtime depending on what the client needs. See details of session here.
Mineral Therapy- These are $20 per bottle. (Depending you what you need-usually min. 4-5 bottles. The bottles are 20mls- 2 months worth of dosages/support...)
Guided Beach walk mindfulness meditation-$100 for 1.5-2hr session.
Grief therapy Session- 2 hours $140
Sound Healing-1 hour $70
Yoga/Meditation class- 2 hours $140

Second Massage/healing treatment-This is $200 per 3 hour session and then $20 per 15 minutes overtime depending on what the client needs.
Food- $100 for option one which includes lunch, dinner, breakfast and snacks. Food is vegetarian, locally grown, healthy, nutritious and can be tailored to you specify dietary needs.
Total cost for option one: $950 - $1,010 depending on chosen treatments. PLUS Mineral Therapy costs.
*Please note that we do need to honour the 12 noon departure on Sunday due to other work commitments.
