An opportunity to Balance your Energy Body 🙏🙏
❤️❤️❤️The base chakra is a spinning wheel of light that gives us an opportunity to connect in with our own sense of survival. It is the part of us where our fight or flight response activates from and also governs our relationship with foundational aspects of our life- Money, Home and Family.
❤️❤️❤️This Muladhara chakra provides us with an opportunity to connect to ourselves and great Mother Earth in a deeper way. Grounding, anchoring, igniting feelings of support and safety.
❤️❤️❤️There are many ways to balance these energy centers. In our own meditation practice is the easiest and most accessible.
❤️❤️❤️Tonight we will guide an intimate group through a balancing of this chakra in meditation and then focus our sound healing journey on keeping this chakra in harmony. This fortnightly event will work through 7 different chakras each session.
❤️❤️❤️Tomorrow night through my weekly Yin yoga class, I will also support students into balancing this energy Centre.
