I had a really amazing experience today which I was super excited about. I have lots of oils and this one I haven't used heaps myself but it's still one that I recommend to people if they are having nightmares. 💔💔💔 Today my client came back after diffusing this oil for 6 weeks to help with night terrors he has experienced for years. I think for a grown man this is hard to even admit so we were both relieved by the outcome. Since diffusing it at night- he hasn't had one nightmare. 😊 Our dream world is sooo potent and sometimes we don't understand the messages that are being communicated in this way. Some people are scared to go to sleep because of nightmares. It seems so normal for kids but as grown adults sometimes we feel ashamed to share such experiences. 🙏 To be honest I don't know the science behind how it helps with nightmares.
