Wow I'm on a high. What another incredible day @spiritfestival today! Beautiful having such a big group go so deep in the sound healing this morning- thank you to everyone who made it! Such an honour to hold space in that way to start the day. It was a flow of synchronistic meetings all day again. And went to some great workshops. LOVEd the David Deida "living love" journey and "emotion yoga" wow-it's my new favorite... So strong to bring the ancient tradition of shaking together with yoga, I had some powerful shifts! Early night though as at home now training my plants for tomorrow's "music of the plants" session @10.30am on the FREE Gaia stage representing @crystalcastlebyronbay -who I am so grateful to for introducing me to this work with the plant world.
