Sound meditation heart

After this cancer new moon I am sure we are all feeling----The heart ❤️ ❤️❤️For the majority of the us it is a chakra that at times feels out of balance. This Centre governs our ability to give and receive love unconditionally. To heal any blocks to compassion, kindness, openness and joy! 💞💞💞💞 When this chakra is out of balance stored guilt, grief, heartbreak, pain and suffering can limit us from feeling the full potential of this energy Centre.... ☯️☯️☯️☯️ There are many ways to support in bringing it back into alignment.
