Yin teacher training

Almost two years ago I completed my YIN teacher training with @theyinspace at the base of Wollumbin mountain... It took me on a deep journey within my own practice and deepened the yoga training I had already undertaken. Mel is a truly amazing teacher who holds such beautiful sacred space. For anyone wanting a deeper practice in Sydney- make it to her class.    🕉🕉🕉🕉🕉🕉. By working on a physical level with our body, we are opening up deeper to work on the meridians and energy body.
