Yin yoga allows us to go deeper into the deep fascia and joints while we hold supportive poses for a longer period of time. After teaching hatha for years- I did my yin training a couple of years ago and it moved so much unstuck energy and emotion in the ten days of deep practice. I love it! Tonight's yin class is at Yogapeace in Mullumbimby 5.30pm, another one there Saturday morning @10am and then a women's yin in my home on Sunday with a sound healing. Shoot me a text for more info.
